Air Beras Untuk Buat HAMCHOI..

  1. Ada lagi 1 khasiat air beras. Simpan cucian air beras yang petama. Cuci sayur pahit kemudian jemur selam 1-2 jam dibawah matahari terik. Air beras tadi di didihkan kemudian tos. Biarkan sejuk. Masukkan sayur tadi kedalam botol kemudian masukkan garam. Tuangkan air beras tadi. Tutup dan simpan selama 3-4 hari. Jadilah jeruk sayur (Hamchoi)
